"comment": "How fortunate I was when I went to the HEARING LAB to see if I could have a new hearing aid. The receptionist looked at my Humana card but did not say anything about it. She gave all the papers to be filled up and after filling in all the information, I waited to be called. A lady doctor called me inside and explained to me that they don\u2019t accept my health insurance because they are not a member of the network of Advocate. She told me, that if I agreed, she would give me a test and she would not charge me anything, even the Insurance, she just wanted to help me if I needed one. After the Audiometry test, she gave me a copy and explained to me everything about my hearing problems.\nGod Bless your heart, Dr. Laura Kruppe and thank you so much for your help and the time you spent on my test.\nI will surely recommend you and HEARING LAB to my friends who need help with their hearing problems.",

There has been so much specialist turnover in the Tinley Park location, and the lack of consistency can be difficult especially for senior citizens. So glad that Laura was back. Would really like Laura to remain in the Tinley Park location. A client needs consistency to develop a productive relationship so that over time the hearing specialist can learn, properly diagnose and determine the best way to assist and advise the client. "comment": "I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Hearing Lab here in Tinley Park. The hearing exam given was very detailed and the results were clearly reviewed with me. After purchasing my first set of hearing aids, the hearing aids were custom programmed to my specific hearing needs. The hearing aids have been performing flawlessly and a couple of times the programming was modified per my requests. Since the purchase all of my semi-annual checkups have been free, as well as a continual supply of batteries. At each visit the function of the hearing aids is tested and any required cleaning \/ adjustments are made. JoAnn always greets me with a great attitude and even calls to remind me of upcoming appointments. Dr. Heidi is a great Audiologist. She has patiently answered my many questions and cares deeply about my quality of life as related to my ability to correctly hear what is going on in the environment around me. I recommend this care provider.",
